In order to ensure the highest quality of services, Scandinavian Express invests, among other things, in foreign languages skills improvement. This concerns both office workers and drivers that at various stages of goods delivery take part in customer service.
Right now we can be proud of our Scandinavian-speaking team of forwarders, which undoubtedly stands out our company in the branch. Due to expansion plans in Scandinavia, from May 2012 we start with an intense, dedicated English language course for our drivers team.
Language course has been prepared as a tailor-made product for Scandinavian Express. In preparation participated professional English teachers, as well as logistics specialists and truck drivers themselves. Teaching aids lay stress primarily on the practical use of English, as well as on specific issues directly related to the transport services in the Scandinavian context.
