New
Year started
– almost traditionally
for our company – from Training for Drivers and Carriers. This time we trained ourselves in a rather unusual place – the PGE
Arena stadium in Gdansk.
This
time we’ve completely changed formula was changed the formula of
the whole training.
We decided to take full advantage of
the potential of a football stadium
and put a much greater emphasis on practical knowledge transfer.
Therefore, our team could be found not only in the conference room, but also in the locker room or on
the promenade football stadium,
where parked our
two “green” sets.
Among the discussed topics were the operation of the vehicle, cargo transport and customs
clearance and securing loads.
After the training part has come time
for a short test, the purpose of
which was to test the efficacy of
transferred knowledge.
The summary of this year’s training was a New
Year’s dinner and package integration and entertainment attractions – carting and electronic paintball, visiting the stadium, escaperooms and driving simulators.
